- For publication in the scientific journal “M.E.I.” are accepted original materials in Russian, corresponding to the profile of the publication and reflecting the results of original scientific research of the authors. These can be review, scientific-theoretical, analytical, research and scientific-practical articles.
All manuscripts submitted for publication are subject to mandatory review. Positive reviews are the basis for publication. The publication of articles is carried out on a gratuitous basis, the author's fee is not paid. Articles are published in the author's edition. The maximum number of members of the author's team is three (unless otherwise agreed with the editorial board). The Editorial Board accepts for publication articles by students and postgraduate students of educational organizations of higher education in the presence of a review of the scientific supervisor, duly certified.
It is not allowed to send to the Editorial Board previously published articles, as well as materials sent for publication in other journals. In case of detection of simultaneous submission of a manuscript to several editions, the published article will be retracted (withdrawn from the press). Unauthorized citation is monitored using the Anti-Plagiarism system. In case of detection of numerous borrowings (originality level less than 80%; the presence in the article of fragments of text generated by artificial intelligence), the editorial board reserves the right to reject the manuscript.
