Abstract
Introduction. Automatization of the personnel document management plays an important role for modern organizations as it helps not only improve transparency and control but also manage personnel risks. The main aim of this article is studying problems and directions of the development of automatization of the main processes of the personnel electronic document management for the personnel risk management.
Materials and methods. The things that are analyzed in the article are types of personnel risks, related legislation and ways of personnel management automatization. In order to achieve the goal of the research the general scientific methods were applied: induction, analysis, synthesis. The basis for the study was the collection of data and actual observations of the author on the personnel document management of organizations of various forms of ownership and industry. The object of the study is electronic personnel document management.
Research Findings. The essence of the personnel management organization in the company's work, its forms and features are considered. The analysis of the legal requirements for the organization of the personnel accounting system has been carried out, the methodology for the formation and movement of personnel documentation has been studied. His analysis showed that for the management of business processes it is necessary to choose the optimal information system. Problems are identified and recommendations for further development of the electronic personnel document management system are offered, related to the integration of CRM modules, electronic document management, project management and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI).
Discussion and conclusion. In today's market conditions, automatization of personnel document management is becoming not just a useful tool, but a necessity for effective personnel management and optimization of business processes. The development of automation system provides an opportunity to monitor all stages of work with documents, which increases control over the processes and reduces the risks of loss of information. The practical significance of the results of the research consists in the creation of electronic document management with the possibility of integration of existing software products and the possibility of creating an organizational model where certain important, but not essential for business processes, such as personnel movement management and control of personnel costs, are moved to the area of responsibility of a particular unit.
